...is terrible in the organization. Worst Management ever seen in the organization. They montior productivity and Mark hit on salary if you had excess of work load and you forget to complete Grammer Test on daily basis. First time ever I had seen the organization forcing employee to do English Grammer Test on daily basis. There is strict login time but there is no time to logout. Management come to employee anytime and gave any project which needs to submit on the same day they didn't consider that you had already extended shift by hook or crook you have to complete the task then only you are allowed to logout. There is no increment policy. Increment will be done if you clear IJP and then to HR team able to find your backup then you get chance to move to another team and there also they monitor your performance for 6 months and then they gave you the incremental salary.

Every thing other than salary. Not allowed to talk to any colleagues. You realise pressure on yourself because you see a guard is always keeping an eye on you. Just the monitor of the class. If you talk to any colleagues guard writes your name reports it to the HR. Disciplinary actions are taken next day on them. Worst company policy and culture.

Nothing... Absolutely Nothing... It's better to sit at home and enjoy your mental peace.

...if... If you don't reply on it even for a single time., you know what happens... Salary cut. Also, they say they have 5 days working.. Don't believe them.. You'll be forced to work 28-29 days a month.. They'll assure you to give comp offs against the working days.. But they'll cheat on that too as they'll refuse giving them whenever you ask for it... One of the most important things... No matter what... How much you have worked here... 2-3-4 years without taking any leaves... They won't approvw for any leaves anytime you ask for them... Thus, for any important work, you'll have to take an unplanned leave for which they'll cut your salaries in addition to the day's pay.

...hardwork. If you are giving 110% then it is what you should be doing as per XLD. But if you do a small mistake then then can charge a deduction on your salary ..

... increased.But company make sure that employee get just 50 percent at month end. And biggest part of salary is that amount only.Company has no intention to retain employees. Owner and management persons are enjoying sort of world tour in name of marketing. They are the only persons who enjoying in company. OPI company is giving for fixed salary only which is in actual half of the actual money paid by company monthly. All employees are frustrated and seeking jobs. The time they get better opportunity all are leaving.
