No yearly bonus given to the employee No bonus, gifts given to the employee for Christmas even though you work for UK Process

I worked in the company for 3 years. The one thing i liked is the timings, which is the best as compared to other companies. Its just 7 and half hours. So you can work somewhere else also. If a person is desperately looking for a job and is not much confident about himself currently due to rejections or any other reason. I can guarantee that WNS will definitely benefit you.

Dislikes

I feel the growth is nothing if you are looking for success at a faster pace. Salary and appraisal is not good. Person working in the company for 5 years and a new joiner would almost be earning the same salary.

...rship skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

Work life balance need to encourage flexible working hours,provide resources for employee well being and recognise the importance of personal time also there are no sat-sun week offs no medi claim

Very very less Salary increase and transportation services is wrost. Few manager's behaviour not in good way with the team. Politics happening in the company. Partiality & favourability plays main role.

...i-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.

Less salary, very less appraisal.
