one thing I like about this company is taking undergraduates as employees. I think they considered a knowledge of the process not the graduation. And one more they give job security.

In my process not as much growth in that and low salaries.

Salary and compensation. Flexible working hours.

Hated myself evwryday for deciding to join the organisation. Micro management to the extent where employees lose self-confidence. Internal politics is in a different level. Management is power hungry. Basic civility is missing. The list is long. Would not recommend anyone to join the organisation.

Salary and few perks are as per the commitment. No hidden clauses.. You get what you were promised.

Dislikes

Get ready to work 24/7 , there is no work life balance. Should be ready to work whenever you are called by your manager no matter what you are doing.

For an unemployed person, company is so helpful to make them employed easily with simple rounds. For people in the company is a complete environmental friendly with different cultured people.

Work timings and salary hike are my dislikes

You can have job security here because they don't get a employee who work for 11-13 hours daily sometimes it would be 14 hours also , work culture was in such a way that you just forgot your family and work like slave here , the management wants employees to work like slave , management always try to make you work even weekends, so you need to work all the days in a month & they don't provide holidays on indian festivals and threaten employees if they take leaves on those days, company are differ from employee to employee, you didn't get any hike in salary unless you get promotion. The only thing I like about company is they credit salary on every first of every month.
