There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. There is a huge space for indoor games like carrom, table tennis, flying soccer. However you will never get time to play any of those due to excessive work pressure.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is negligible, career growth is as slow as movement of snail. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Also they will change your designtion (just for name sake) but there will be no change in your band and compensation but they will change your notice period from 2 months to 3 Months without any prior intimation. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...s some companies are called their employees to office. Still WNS didn't do this. Apart from that wns provide a salary with out failure. WNS provided counseling for those who needs.

...et any better opportunity you have to pay 1.5 lakhs to get ur experience letter. There is no office outing no party even they give your diwali gift after deducting from your salary. Politics is every were it depends on how skillful or understanding you upper management is but they are wised too. The company is management centric not even client centric, if your love one do the blunders they will not get any warning but if you do a little mistake you will be on PIP (performance improvement program) so you will get disrespect in front of your colleagues.

Dislikes

Bond, wised manager, less salary, no promotion, less learning, night shifts, rotation shifts, less interaction, politics on learning.

Shifts were fine.. fixed specially in r n a vertical for some processes, learning and develop training really good and entertaining

Teammates are well supported I was happy to work with them, Company organised monthly trainings for employees, work environment is also good but I think they should improve in salary/appraisal portion like they should provide incentives to their employees, overall company has good policy and better job security.

Dislikes

Their compensation is average, but growth is very slow.
