Dislikes

...less focus on employees satisfaction, WNS just consider employees are resources. The policies are also not very employee friendly it is not a good pay master and last but not the least it's always about the client but never about employees.

Again it's depend upon process. -Max increament % are 7. Even when people get promotions at that time also max increament is 10% - Company deducts 10 days NSA from every month for donation. - HR keep changes in six months

Dislikes

Salary is low and annual appraisals as well , IT issues needs lot of approvals which is a pain more than the hardware issue. Work life balance is good but again it varies with different account and manager hence cant make any generalized statement.

It is able to trap the talent with a bait of a 30% hike, but then forgets to compensate in a healthy way.

Dislikes

... on the senior management. Especially the person who are managing the processes. The greed for money by the senior management has always deprived the talents of their right compensation and deserving. Example this greed has also thrown off the mighty GSK process out if the organisation.
