Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives

No job security salary issue every month mention night shift allonces but not provide in offer later mention package and provide different amount our all batch have same issue and suddenly hr email sent and mention in e-mail that you are on reemplyeemet development and you have 60 days you can search new job bad organization don't join bad office ac any time feeling hot on floor pathetic management

I like work culture of wns. And new things they offer to learn

I don't like salary structure. Even hr doesn't explained about how salary structure is and they are not providing night shift allowance and cuts the salary even didn't mentioned in the salary sleep where they are cutting the salary.

Workplace id good. Most important is Job security which is there. Management now become very horrible. But the culture and enworment is good

It's depend for which clienr you are working with. Most of the processes are good but some of them are horrible and on top of that salary structure of the company is way behind than the others. I think now even domestic sectors are also giving good returns to the employee. Patharic Incentive and night shift allowance structure is. It's good not to talk about Health insurance. The amount of cover they provide I think facility people might be getting more Insurance cover..😃😃😃

If you are a fresher you can start your career with it. There is no growth in terms of salary and promotion. The work culture is good but if you want good growth you need to switch the company.
