Worst Culture . They hire all employees as permanent employee or there is no Probation period. You have to serve 3 (Executives Level) months of notice even you leave organization within 6 months .

...ubmitted all my documents too.i have served 51 days of notice out of 90 days ..But still they are asking me to pay 45 days of salary as Notice period recovery to Seattle my final settlement .

Learning is good in wipro. They conducting various sessions, induction kind of classes to upskill ourselves. Helping to write costly exams by providing vouchers.

Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

Company culture, skills development and learning will be there, Work satisfaction, everything except salary.

Salary growth won't be there for the long timers that is not only in Wipro. Which will be there in all service based company until we do a jump. There won't be any financial growth

Salary is being provided based on market value not based on the talent, skill, hard and smart work. I really felt bad working in Wipro due to unexpected evaluation processes. Need to focus driving on implemented policies instead of implementing new.
