Worst Culture . They hire all employees as permanent employee or there is no Probation period. You have to serve 3 (Executives Level) months of notice even you leave organization within 6 months .

...ubmitted all my documents too.i have served 51 days of notice out of 90 days ..But still they are asking me to pay 45 days of salary as Notice period recovery to Seattle my final settlement .
