No projects. Many lateral staffs and freshers are on bench and getting loss of pay. Poor and no fixed appraisal cycle. No increment to majority of staffs and they don't declare it before press release. Increment cycle differs for onsite and offshore . Onsite always gets early appraisals from July or August but offshore no certainty.

Poor salary hikes especially to tenured people and lacks HR focus on career growth or smooth exit of them leading to stagnancy within org - for employees and the the organisation as well.

Likes

Great company to work for. Lots of learning opportunity and training available on latest technology and soft skills. Work culture is really good. Career growth opportunity is decent but people may get good work satisfaction. Changing project or career path is also very easy.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are below market standard, specially if you want to spend long career in Wipro. Progression from B3 band and above is very challenging.

Here we get lots of opportunities to grow what skilled have but we need to find right opportunity.

Salary structure and wipro's management does not provide right opportunity based on skills and experience but we have to individually struggle to get right opportunity to explore more
