I have been working since 2019 and today my salary is 20000, i don't get paid enough considering my work. I have been leading a team and my salary is 20000. This is not enough for our day to day life. Also i have applied for salary advance which got rejected even though I have shared the admission form with them. Also the transport system is worst. I live in Moshi and I'm the one who is for moshi and they mapp the employee who live in Chinchwad gao it takes me 1.25 hrs to reach home.

Salary, Have applied for salary advance and got rejected, Wipro need fees receipt, you need Money to pay the fees so that you can have the receipt. No use of these policies when they can't help employees

Wipro may be a good company but the project i am working is definitely not good. No work life balance. No perks given by company. Managers don't even know about their colleagues. No shift allowance . Usually we have to work after working hrs. Those who work they will get more work rest other in team will enjoy. Low compensat

Compensation is very poor, no increment since 3 years. As a work not caring about employee and employees work pressure. Huge depressions everyday while going to work

...'t avoid. Company medical policy is very good. Benefit depending on your band. Very good at variable pay they paid 100 till B2 band.

Management are not the upto the mark however as this big MNC you have to accept few things there is nothing perfect or permanent.

If you are happy with your salary in Wipro then it's best place to work. Career growth, transparent management, good opportunities, new learning is all available for everyone. Job security is very much here. Higher manager are approachable so you can also discuss your association skills

They don't give much hike in salary special in your early carrier years.later it improves so if you have patience then it can be overlooked
