No transport, salary not on time- vendor has to be reminded again and again. Hr doesnt help. Process never stays with wipro. No job security at all, Lost job in 2.5 months coz process ramped down.

... growth always available now next depends upto to you how do u achieve that one. Salary satisfied and appraisal always in your hand depends how do you perform. Work environment good to learn, enjoy and know the team member better. Work life balance good enough.. After all i am happy and glad that working with Wipro.

I have been transferred from Kolkata to Bangalore, but as Bangalore is very expensive City, hence my salary should be according to that. But even after working for 3 years in wipro, they are providing the salary as 14 k, which is horrible.
