Monetary benefits are near to nothing apart from salary. Salary hikes are lower than market standards and generally they are late, not timely salary revisions. No bonus is provided at all.

Likes

There is really nothing much to like about working with Wipro. 1. Salary gets credited on time. 2. Both side cab at Airoli West, Wipro.

Dislikes

1. The salary is too low. 2. The internal politics that happen with freshers in some teams is extreme, and I have been a victim of it. 3. The top-level management is the worst. My manager is such a perv, always biased towards female colleagues.

No salary increment, if there is increasing salary max to max Rs 1000 pa No promotion if promoting whoever is close to manager, There's more partiality between employees, Lots of work pressure, No morning if any person had issue with night shift and health issues or can die doing night shift but they are not having feelings they can't change shift

Wipro is the organisation everyone feel safe as government job, salary on time, insurance or any claim or reimbursement on time. Supportive management at all levels. Activity for keeping healthy and for fun was taken care. Even gym, recreation room available.

Dislikes

I don't like only salary growth and upraisal. Feeling shy to discuss with anyone.
