I worked for Wipro Technologies around 4 years and it was a nice journey in my career in Wipro. Has lot of learning opportunities and skill development and job security in all fields. I started my career here in Wipro as a System's Admin and got the chance to learn & work on multiple technologies. Good choice to for who want to start their career in Wipro. you will get much learning and career growth and the overall culture in wipro like friendly.

Compensation is the only thing that need to look, you will get basic very low hikes around 3%

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts
