...e into the existing employees in terms of packages based on their experiences... Both the exp and salary has to grow gradually... If we came initially with high package it doesnt matter of things.. But if it happen in reverse then its hard to get the package increase in Wipro...

There is good working environment, opportunities to learn new technologies. Secured job and security maintenance is very good maintained and responsive for all the issues immediately.

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees.
