...ny years company was not able to provide a decent wages as per market standards. Company can pay more to higher someone from outside but cannot provide the same standard to its own internal employees for the same Project.

Overall experience was excellent.it was my first job and I developed my skills right from the beginning and in many technologies I worked of Networking Infrastructure

...p n drop..they turn off the coffee machine for cost cutting..chindi management..the hr will fool you and give the lowest base salary and rest everything included in incentive which is again performance based... parameters for the performance changes as and when they feel.

Mainly, I liked the culture of Wipro where employees can work with dignity and respect. Each and every employee has been treated equally. No disrespect and no discrimination. Career growth at Wipro technologies is like everyday you learn something new.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very slow and work pressure is very high. There's no overtime pay for employees which is bit disappointing.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now
