Wipro Benefit policies are very good and helpful to any employee in case of emergency.

Dislikes

Hike in salary is very low and no hike in pandemic is even more frustrating. Now that nobody is going to office and working from home Wipro has decreased cost of transportation, Wifi and electricity too much in last year. Too much profit for Wipro but stil not increasing salaries

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is huge cafeteria. company policies are good

There is a lot of politics. salary is decent but career growth is fast. There is no overtime paid

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
