Male biased Team Leads. Most of the senior management employees are those who have worked like bond-labour and never left wipro, they are purely biased toward the female emoloyess. Take interest in personal life. Loves to take credits of others work. Love "boot-likers" employees. With tge culture they have presently Wipro will always remain a mid size BPO company being "Cyber-Coolie" to other big players.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Process oriented and maintenance of standards

Employees compensation is very bad. Try to deduct every little amount and will not miss this in terms of financials. The way HRs convey is difficult to digest.

Wipro support functions are not well coordinated but overall things are moving, so not a blocker

Just most of the employee got free salary for atleast 1 year as no project for campus recruitment specially b.tech in computer science field

No appraisal from last 2 year No project allocation No work life balance Randomly policies changes according to own benefits
