Very low salary structure and heavy work load. And main issue is in every month you will not get proper salary and huge issue with shift incentive. Even I lost my rs 1600/- shift incentive

Dislikes

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.
