In one sentence, if the salary structure is improved, one would find potential employees starting their career and retiring out of WIPRO. The company has incredible potential coupled with the right set of policies and control measures to set through a long sustainable growth. It has evolved from within and more often it looks forward to continue the same. A highly employee centric company and well knitted structure to support the basic human needs in terms of career and growth. I worked out of vendor location at Hyderabad and it was a incredible journey throughout.

Nothing as such... Except the salary structure needs a major revision as per the market.

No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Great learning opportunities (provided you get the right dept. ) . Growth is amazing. Your start njoy in the organisation once you move to Team manager role & above. Very strong on principles, job security is good.

Salary in pathetic nowhere near to market standards, Even at leadership levels. Office politics. Heavily loaded groupism which few fine too difficult to crack.
