Before carona wipro is very good after carona alot of changes has been done and those changes are not good

Without project no salary. Even the daily wage worker can get salary we are completely depending on company how we can manage with out salary

Nothing to like in company.No work culture, no motivation, inefficient work process, Directionless management..nothing good in company. One must ignore to work here. If working here is last option, then try to switch in 1 year

Dislikes

Very less salary, Almost no hike, toxic work culture, no ethics, no policies. They can fire anyone immediately in the name of optimization even though you recieved good ratings in appraisal.

Likes

...ure at Wipro is good, there might be team wise differences but overall its nice. WLB is good not overnight calls and too much load of work if you are satisfied with the pay its a good place to be at.

Dislikes

It’s common for all IT service companies “Hike” they will recruit people from outside giving 50-80% hike but won’t give internal employees comparable to market standards.

Likes

Flexible work timings. Moderate work pressure. Job security. Work environment is acceptable. On time pay. Good holiday calendar and leave count.

Dislikes

Low pay. Poor increments/rewards for hardwork. Poor Infrastructure. Has mostly testing and support projects. Not a development oriented conpany. Not a good company overall to work for.

Likes

Good company if you are offered a good package while joining. Never expect too much from Hike from promotion and hike cycles. Work life balance depends on the projects, we can take work from home when needed.
