Great working culture and good company, even though the benefits are less still, security is the reason to choose this company. Work life balance is great. Ultimately it depends on what team you are allocated to. Worth working.

I don't see any dislikes other then compensation, this could be better.

Job security is good. But the work culture is not very good. Opportunity to grow is less as well.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. None of the employment concerns are addressed. The salary and growth opportunities are less. There is a bond of one year.

one of the worst company i have worked with. the manager doesn't pay heed to your problems. they do not follow any ettiquete while talking to any employee. sometimes they bark over the phone. i once addressed my issues related to transport, the manager instead of addressing it reprimanded me and also threatened that the hr would take serious acions. this place is highly frustruation with no growth culture, absolutely pathetic process, with no ambition of stepping up their game.

the management is terrible, doesnt have emplyoee ethics.

In wipro people are encouraged to upskill and canteen is of very high standard with reasonable price.

Dislikes

Almost no salary hike. Company's so called 5 values generally not applicable/followed by senior/management/HR persons. Office politics and biasness is very much present. Extra hour and day working is normal here. For that you will not get any benefit apart from comp off.

You get appreciated for the work you do but that completely depends on how your manager showcase it in upper level.

Dislikes

...ng your best managers will only provide some vantage point if they wish to give. Salary hike or bonus is negligible. If you’re in any internal project then forget about any hike.
