...m here we are unable to get updates related to knowledge transformation and etc. The the compensation is decent and also growth is slow. And also the manager communication with individual team member is not satisfied even received the appreciation from client.

For salary hike we need to keep upskilling ourselves which didn't mean anything because it wasn't even required for the role. Other than that managers in my project were pathetic. Worst of all is the blame game they like to play. From the very first hour of joining I got blamed for something I had no clue. All in all, do not join. Proving your meaning to the company for a salary hike, which is our basic right. And all that fuss for a hike that is nothing.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts
