I am worked in quess corp consultant for a Wipro project for last 2 years . U have job security , and lot of time to learn new technology . teammates and office environment is really good .but we can't expect more benifits or hike from wipro

No proper Hike and low salary package

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts

I love working with Wipro, as it provides many opportunities to enhance skills and encourages learning new ones

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro

It varies from project to projects, but in my experience everything was smooth. Excellent work environment with flexibility Very supportive colleagues Lot of learning opportunities No toxicity in my team I am in a dev role , experiences might be different with any other role specially support role.

Compensation is very low
