Very low salary, getting Promotion to next level is very hard except who are close to Managers, Hike percentage is worst every year with some one or another reasons, Cab facility is not two way and shift bonus is low, claims and benefits are minimal and need to consider employees requirements with effective one on one meetings and others

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and colleagues are awesome and easy to mingle. Good & nice cafeteria, library, gym, gaming arcade.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Every year hike also low compared to other MNC's.
