...y. It is very difficult to get into the project within 45 days most of the time. After 45 days HR may start the exit process or you will be Loss of Pay for the remaining 45 days. Some of my friends left and afraid to join Wipro due their bench policy. Do not recommend 8+ years experience resources to join Wipro due to their Bench policy.Since this policy is not very transparent even you try outside, the other companies HR won't understand the situation. It will be very hypothesis, difficult and stressful for the employee to make decision.

... based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

...e effort to the core project doesn't matter unlucky in my 3 years of experience I never see any hike in my salary so called MSI Before joining they promised us Bonus+yearly hike so we thought for long-term Wipro would be good for career but reality it's entirely opposite Bonus momey which we are receiving the same amount have to repayed if we relieving the company before 2 years on the date of bonus Basically a contract

Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.

Dislikes

... deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.

I like the Infrastructure and Compensation in Wipro. I like the Interview selection process in Wipro.

Dislikes

I will never recommend Wipro to anyone as I had worst experience within 3 months of joining. They did not allocate the project as per my skills and expertise and they compelled me to accept the project work. I resigned in 3 months.
