There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low & career growth is also slow.

Salary hikes will take atleast 3 years to be in good and satisfied package. This is funny Some project employees don't get to go out on vacations through company for long time like for once in year or two...haha

...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.

Employees face significant challenges in switching technologies or projects, often struggling to get released. Additionally, the current environment provides few opportunities for skill development, and overall benefits are insufficient, making it difficult for employees to thrive and feel valued. .
