I worked for two months as an data entry executive for NRC work process in Assam, there was a team with own respective laptops, it was a nice working on team spirit with targets being set, learnt about the value of time.

Dislikes

The salary was not on time. It lapses one month to another where the employees had to face it's consequences.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

Salary and hike structure is very bad also you will find boot lickers everywhere

Company has a very bad work culture. Poor Management, Less salary, No hikes. They are biased towards toxic people. No growth. Overall if I had less than one star I would have given that.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Some say that working at Wipro can be enjoyable and regarding,with opportunities for growth,learning and collaborating

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
