Low salary and huge parity. Stressful at times due to long working hours especially at the time of submission

The delivery process is very streamlined. Lots of training offered by the company to get skilled. Very positive atmosphere from delivery perspective.

Dislikes

Growth in terms of salary and roles is close to NIL. Only the people known to top bosses gets progressed and they are worried about their own growth and don't care about people who deliver on the ground. If you are working in such a group please quit immediately.
