Pathetic superiors who think themselves as God. Poor Salary hike and bossy culture. Even HR and ER have no impacts and are toothless wonders. Ever changing dynamics and poor team structure are additional burdens. No clear plans and career promotion guidelines.

Good one to go on, good salary and hikes, as ususual benefits like insurance, transport etc..

Dislikes

huge amount of old employees and politics, manager is sole and does take all the decisions, no proper HR control. Frequent policy changes, due to which employees are always in confusion.

The work-life balance is a little better compared to Big4/international banks

Dislikes

1) The hiring managers prefer to hire only North or West side of Indians 2) Full of politics 3) No salary growth, they will trap and luck you here in the name of work-life balance 4) No employee engaging events at all. They are there just for the sake of it, but doesn't really help 5) No clear guidance to career path by the managers/management 6) Favouritism Many more....

Just the salary but, nothing else is great

Culture is too toxic, the place is a breeding ground for micromanagers and toxic folks, nobody wants to help but everyone is ready to put you down at your slightest mistake. Ratings are definitely not fair, and HR is never to be seen on the floor. Policies here are so outdated, its like going back in time to see how things worked in 1950s. Of late there has been a lot of downsizing onshore. They have overhired and the leaders here have no vision on the growth plan for the recruits. My two cents: do not join if you want a career. Join only if you need money and want to add number of years to your experience without any productive enhancement to your existing skillset.

Wells is a good place for an employee looking for safe and secure work environment with above average compensation growth. Would not recommend to someone who is looking for high growth, differentiated rewards type of setup.

Dislikes

One can go in comfort zone in Wells which can bore one beyond a point. You’ve to upskill yourself as most likely you’ll be engaged with your own micro-work.
