1.No benefit for employee about Salary 2. In notice period not give for PLA this is worst rule(actually i was submitted in resignation April,29,2023 in my last working day July,26,2023 so im not eligible PLA but march 31,2023 academic year completed my performance calculated already then why not provide in my PLA,second point if i was put resignation already your point of view im not eligiple PLA mean why detect in my PLA amount?) 3. Increment not benefit those who are experienced in VIL 4. Need employee meeting yearly once

Nothing to mention. This review is not for Vodafone Idea. It is for VOIS ( Vodafone shared service). VOIS is not related to Vodafone Idea.

Dislikes

Salary and yearly increment part depends on the location. Ahmedabad location is not good for salary and office culture. Pune is better. Still salary part should be revised. Growth is not that great.

Hierarchy oriented Boss decides & rest follows like herd mentality in business functions. More or less same in HR too. Wacky leaders at the top in few business & HR functions.

Vodafone Idea (and erstwhile Vodafone which I was part of) is a good company to work with and culturally one of the finest companies one can get associated with. Learning is immense (if one is gets the right boss), mutually respectful, open culture and quite a mix of energetic individuals.

Dislikes

Increments were quite ordinary and promotions are scarce. Moreover, with the new banding structure launched in 2019 there was absolute confusion around as Grade and Pay were not in sync in many cases. Hope it's much better now

I got salary on the starting of the lock down while being in home as per the government guideline so might me it is a good thing...

The job is not good they don't work till the escalation came and if you try to do the right thing they interfear it and try to make you seems bad and you will became a soft target, also in vi retail women is facing physical and mental harrasment on daily basis.that is one of the reason i quit the job.
