Kyndryl mostly engages in the overall development of business with the parallel growth for employee and I think that contributes more to the job security tag. It turned out to be a competing company in aver short span.

Dislikes

...ent, needs to come up with engaging more between the managers and the reportees. Plus the employees reward programs and salary revisions should include company profit shares as well which is NOT the case at the moment. And NO festival benefits as well which kind of takes a grater chunk off from job satisfaction.

Level 9 and above have the option to design their own Salary structure on the Fixed components. Good place to learn and up-skill your knowledge base.

Dislikes

No Appraisal for fiscal 22-23 and appraisal not yet started for this Fiscal year. Promotions are delayed. Lack of transparency from Management which is common cause of concern in the industry.

Likes

The people here are good and helpful in nature. Ethically strong Company. Work flexibility is there plus the Company provides good opportunities and responsibilities with trust to even freshers and junior employees.

Dislikes

...sn't do market correction unless and until you decide to leave the Organisation. Whereas Company is okay to pay higher salary for external hires. Appraisal and Promotion is below market average.

I think bonus quarterly and annual release is not in a good shape or process , most of the time annual hike is getting delayed as per exiting employee , hopping for the best next year when time comes for me.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

Dislikes

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...
