No Appraisal for fiscal 22-23 and appraisal not yet started for this Fiscal year. Promotions are delayed. Lack of transparency from Management which is common cause of concern in the industry.

Likes

Kyndryl mostly engages in the overall development of business with the parallel growth for employee and I think that contributes more to the job security tag. It turned out to be a competing company in aver short span.

Dislikes

...ent, needs to come up with engaging more between the managers and the reportees. Plus the employees reward programs and salary revisions should include company profit shares as well which is NOT the case at the moment. And NO festival benefits as well which kind of takes a grater chunk off from job satisfaction.

Hierarchy oriented Boss decides & rest follows like herd mentality in business functions. More or less same in HR too. Wacky leaders at the top in few business & HR functions.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

Get to work on projects for good companies. This gives an overall exposure into some of the biggest businesses around the world

Dislikes

1. Compensation is very poor 2. No work life balance 3. No policy for over-time work 4. No policy for late night shifts 5. No additional benifits 6. No additional gifts / bonuses / cheers points for festivals etc.
