The job is not good they don't work till the escalation came and if you try to do the right thing they interfear it and try to make you seems bad and you will became a soft target, also in vi retail women is facing physical and mental harrasment on daily basis.that is one of the reason i quit the job.

I don’t think it’s a good company to work, there are lots of politics there. If you are manager favourite person and you go with them for parties and drinks then you must get be appreciated and get the promotion easily no matters if you are non performer. I left the job bcz of this reason, either if you are achieving all the performance parameters you will not get your name in RNR, however other who is continuously taking leaves non performer.
