Very bad experience I got in my life. It's a very big mistake of my life. No disbursal of timely salary. Not employee friendly specially for male members. They treat you in a very inappropriate manners. No respect of your work not even matters how much you have done for the company. Your contribution comes to zero for them. No personal life at all.

No professionalism was there. They don't respect to anyone. No reasons for salary deduction. Hiring n firing both were at high rates.

The Only aspect I found noteworthy about working at trident group was salary package. Beyond that, other element of the job did not meet my expectations.

1. Poor Leadership: In Towel Division, Mr. Mohit Soni lacked a clear understanding of the roles of Marketing, BRR, Key Account Manager, And Plant Team. His focus was more on pleasing upper management than supporting won his team. 2. Unreasonable Management Decisions: Sudden change, like the withdrawal of Excel access without any substitute provided and due to same BRR work has stop. Unexpected shift work start for marketing team PPC, made the work environment feel unpredicted and rigid. 3. Overburdened BRR Role: BRR employees were expected to manage three task Key account manager, plant Merchant & partially Marketing task, yet there contributions were poorly represented or acknowledge by leadership. 4. Favoritism: Mr. Mohit Soni often favored a select few, especially his close associates, which led to unfair work environment for the rest of the team 5. Salary Dedication: Any unintentional mistakes often resulted in salary deduction, creating a stressful work atmosphere. 6. Delayed salary payment: salaries often didn't arrive on time, creating financial uncertainty and frustration among employees. 7. Salary Hold Without Notice: There were instances where salaries were held without any prior information or explanation, leaving employees in a difficult financial position without clear communication. 8. Unfair Parking Charges: A parking charge was applied for bikes & bicycle, while car parking was free creating a sense of unfairness among employees using two-wheelers. 9. Forced to attend event: Admin and security guard would force employees to attend company events like Game, Pooja, and time pass activity, even preventing them from leaving in emergencies, which felt highly disrespectful and unprofessional. 10. Harsh Punishment for SOP Breaches: If any employee unintentionally broke an SOP related to company goods, Mr. Mohit Soin and RG would escalate to extreme measures, even threating jail, creating a toxic and fear- driven work environment. 11. And Many More: From the lack of recognition to ongoing management inefficiencies, the list of issue at Trident Group seemed never-ending, making overall experience highly frustrating.

Everything about this company except for the compensation which is quite decent to start with. The work culture is pathetic, management keeps an eye at you at every second, you can't be yourself. Everyone in this companytries to please one guy and one who does gets monetary benefits and whatnot. No training given to new joining on the job role, you are given training about the product and then straight to the job.

Nothing, just that pay is decent but only in the starting. No yearly appraisals, only raise you going to get is when you get a promotion. That's also difficult to get if you are hard working, if you're good at licking boots then this is the right organisation for you.

Typical Lala company, living in 1980's. The chairman thinks he owns everyone and you might get physically assaulted and beaten up. No skill growth, no clear job roles & responsibilities. A significant part of day is spent in playing the blame game and saving own self. If you're lucky your manager might save you from all this, but that's very rare. Zero job security, anyone can get fired and beaten up at any time, it can be an operator or a plant head. HR department is a joke, just a puppet of Lala.
