Nothing is good in trident. I went into depression within 2 weeks of joining the organization. This organization is a torture. Please don't trust the recruiters of this organization. Most of th educated folks leave the organization in less than 3 months time. You can check this yourself by checking their job postings over social media and job portals. They're always hiring. They just hired 500 freshers from takshashila at 12 LPA. Why such a small organization need to hire 500 freshers at once? Because experienced people are not staying. The worst nightmare of this organization is the HR department. Even I have seen the CHRO Pooja luthra abusing, shouting and insulting people.
