Nothing, just that pay is decent but only in the starting. No yearly appraisals, only raise you going to get is when you get a promotion. That's also difficult to get if you are hard working, if you're good at licking boots then this is the right organisation for you.

Typical Lala company, living in 1980's. The chairman thinks he owns everyone and you might get physically assaulted and beaten up. No skill growth, no clear job roles & responsibilities. A significant part of day is spent in playing the blame game and saving own self. If you're lucky your manager might save you from all this, but that's very rare. Zero job security, anyone can get fired and beaten up at any time, it can be an operator or a plant head. HR department is a joke, just a puppet of Lala....Read More

Company have philosophy of promoting the best candidates with package that does not exist in the market. Company will provide state of art fully furnished accommodation. A lot of positive reviews written here are by current employees who are forced to write such reviews otherwise they might face a salary deduction. If you think that what I wrote above is incredulous, then welcome to Trident! Anything can happen there including employees getting beaten up by top management staff and employees getting fired for not reading owner’s emails (which by the way don’t make any sense). Your job will be full of non value adding tasks. The policies are bad to say the least. Sometimes we were asked to do stuff like removing and burning furniture which are partially broken.
