Only Salary was good comparing to market but now it is same as per market, Job security ZERO

Lots of approval process for any small work, machines get ideals due to lengthy approval process for spares

A lot of positive reviews written here are by current employees who are forced to write such reviews otherwise they might face a salary deduction. If you think that what I wrote above is incredulous, then welcome to Trident! Anything can happen there including employees getting beaten up by top management staff and employees getting fired for not reading owner’s emails (which by the way don’t make any sense). There is a spy culture at Trident and you may be at risk if you’re reported for minor things. I told all of these to my friends who had a good laugh at the owners....Read More

Work Details

Your job will be full of non value adding tasks. The policies are bad to say the least. Sometimes we were asked to do stuff like removing and burning furniture which are partially broken.
