Chaos, chamcha culture, people in the leadership team would do everything to be there and maintain the ecosystem that rots this extremely high potential company. In pure lala culture, everything depends on mood swings. Deserving people would not get promoted but a handful of people who are the yes sir army would get promoted. No work life balance. Absolutely zero faith in the employees, you are just sent to the factories for the sake of abiding to random instructions irrespective of your requirement to do so and contribute. Being a GET at Trident gave me ample opportunity to work with team and learn from well experienced person and Lead a team in my first work which was excited as well as difficult because I was just a fresher but the team was supportive and I proved myself and learn many things during my time.

Toxic work environment where one person calls all the shots. No stability and consistency in giving salary. Sometime you get it on 8th of next month while sometimes it even extend to 20th of next month. No job stability or security you can be fired anytime
