Its just cooked things about job security as it is a private company .if u r a localite u can go for it as compensation is fine for locallite as u have your own home,stay with parents etc less expenses .But if u outside Gujarat think a million times. Definitely a big brand which might help you land big opportunities in Gujarat 😋😉 it is upto you.yes, last but not the least don't except any employer benefit except medical which is ok and u will not require if you have a healthy lifestyle.

Salary of new joiner in 2024 is nearly same as Jan 2021 batch. No value of experience and loyalty of employees. Management is not ready for salary fitment. We try but failed. Finally I resigned.

Not good job for B Com Graduate because this company provides very less salary as compared to the ITI worker. I have worked 11 years in this company but resigned after waiting for salary hike. After 11 years whatever salary was I was getting , more salary is receiving by 7/8 years ITI technician

Salary structure is very bad, Experience of this company will not lead you to switch any other company, Partiality is much either related to post , Gender or Your surname. Even after 7 years New joined GET salary is more than me, Work culture is very bad higher authorities do not work properly they just give the work downside, Downside officers are overloaded with very less salary , No any benefits, Holidays & weekoffs are always scheduled in operation, You can't manage anything with this job Everything is uncertain.
