Threr is alot of politics and the management doesn't our issues salary decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 year. Before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The work culture of TPL is very good and the kind of support the management provides is awesome.. Safety and integrity are two core values on which whole profession works.. Your job is safe and secure here if u are honest to ur work..

*Too much involvement of HR, not supporting but disturbing. *No bonus/incentive is given. *Resources and manpower are not properly distributed among the various departments. *HR/Admin misuse the resources while the other deprived of resources even required for official work. *So many departments within the company while no job rotation of employees.Even some employees working in same department since many years and doesn't know the working of other departments. So he cannot switch to any other company of same functional area. *Other extra facility like transport, cafeteria etc. are not provided by the company even demanded by employees since long time. *Narrow minded people are more appreciated and promoted. *Instead of hiring experienced, company recruits freshers at ground level staff affecting quality of work.
