Locker will be provided, where you have to keep your belonging including your phone, bags, etc. this locker is either on the ground floor or in the basement, and guess what you will not be able to check your phone in the entire shift as it is a task to go to the lockers in a short break. Also, the building has only 2 lifts which sometimes work and sometimes don't. 3. Training manager named Mukesh is so arrogant that it reflects on his face, he will show you that he is the boss here and will treat you like a slave or some beggar 4. Once you're on the floor, you'll realize that it is a BPO and call center job and nothing like technical. 5. Free food but you will get sick if you have it for a week, please avoid it, just have the dessert :P 6. The infrastructure is not like an MNC, you'll feel that is some kind of domestic office. 7. No phone allowed on the floor so you won't be able to keep a check on your loved one at home. 8. No holidays on puja and no celebration of any sort. Advice to the Company: 1. We are employees, so a little trust and respect would be appreciated. 2. Let employee carry their phone, as it is an important items these days. We also have family and there could be an emergency at our place in case something happens will TP take responsibility? We understand that there are confidentiality issues, but what happened during WFH we all had our phones with us all the time, did anyone leak the data? We love our work as it brings food to our table so TP and other companies need to understand this. 3. Maintain Cleanliness and make quick fixes to you r lifts and toilets.
