The only thing I like working at Teleperformance is my job. I always feel a little compromised in terms of salary, company culture but happy that I have a job. Nothing great about working here.

Dislikes

The list is comprehensive. Inside-out, I know Teleperformance from top to bottom. Trust me, whether you're in Operations, Training, L&D, Human Resources, or another industry. It stinks! The company has a big name and a lot of international (digital) fame, but it has antiquated management that dates back to Serco and is cultureless. Imagine you want to develop a strong culture and the best working environment with a very low budget recruit. How is that even possible? At the very least, the budget for support workers should be very high because they are the company's flag bearer and face. Paying them 2.2Lacs a year and expecting wonderful things from them is not a reasonable expectation. In fact, if they are lucky enough to recruit good people, these folks are so lazy that they will hire a new person but not retain the present talent. If you are seeking for a job, please keep in mind that this is the last company you should be considering.

... hired because of personal connect and managers are favouring all women's staff. Salary growth promises made only during hiring. I mean seriously they are just on higher post bcz they suffice personal needs and now they are running the process best to there knowledge which they don't have knowledge about...TP is literally full of uneducated Management and No work culture at all

Over all good experience for working in TP. Shift timing was good.

...ment does not address the issues which are raised them . Hr are not cooperative. Salary is very low. Appraisal is negligible. No career growth. Other training are not provided . No Saturday off, despite of clients/ Business is shut on Saturday. Some people did not have related experience or degree but work in the process. Don’t know on the basis of what they are selected. Transport is very bad. Cabs are not on time specially if u are in night shifts.

Teleperformance D.I.B.S I always used to say thankful to be a part of this organisation but now because of this disaster Covid 19 company is not helping us , I have completed my notice period and I also I have given them work before notice period but I have not receive my salary yet and I reached our manager , Human Resource Team but nobody is responding, now there is no one who could respond me with the procedure of this company and status of my salary , I never expect this thing from this organisation as I have experienced of above two years with this same company still there is no response.
