Location & my Colleagues' were too good. Rest nothing was impressive.
Dislikes
The management. Salary hike. After 3 years got the promotion. However new associate's salary was higher than me. It was a terrible feelings.
No end engagement at all
after completing login hours in the system still the company deducted my one day salary without any prior intimation no HR is supportive they are only showing they will support but they are not supporting
HR only care about there Axis clients they don't care about there own genuine employee still I have not receive that one day salary as HR informed me that i will get that in erase amount but not receive yet so unfair with employees
No employee satisfaction not even thinking about there employee

Salary comes on time... If I talk about the promotion and appraisal that is completely depends on your lounge that how long it is...
Job security is not at all there after hiring of 40 support staff eg TL, trainer and quality analyst they ask people to leave the organisation by their behaviour and they create situation like that.. they ask supervisors to take calls for 8.5 hrs like an associates this is so bad thing... If it is operational requirements then it's okay to take calls atleast for 1 or 2 days but what the hell man 1 month taking calls like an associate we are hired as a supervisor..
Rotten culture
These are the things of TP Kolkata waterside
Culture, Learning, politics, management never try to listen to any employees. It's just like we are management so we will do what ever we want. If you raise you voice, we will pull you previous data and will terminate you. No aim no goal. Just go work come. No learning no development.
The admin department specially, the lady in admin something shruda she is really rude and pathetic, she should be more into WFM team rather in admin
Also promotions which are only because of favoritism and people always ready for lag pulling, always criticizing
Also the service people are also uneducated via their mind
If someone only wear a scratched jeans, it is not like a weird one or it is ok for any office then also they don't allow you to get enter but most of the time they don't mind or they don't warn others that this is not allowed please be remembered
No they only work as per their comfort
Thats ridiculous
Now they allowed girls to go out in the midnight as well and they don't care of it
Girls can walk out and come again to office at approx 3 to 4 AM now they don't care about TP policy
TP is getting worst and worst day by day
