Dislikes

Terrible salary increments. The office culture is killing. The department bosses are getting all the power of hire and fire and HR is just a spectator in the case. There is no procedure to terminate and it’s done arbitrarily as per wish of a person.

Teleperformance is a very diverse organisation. With great opportunities for growth and good salary, especially if you are a fresher. Not all organisations provide so many opportunities for freshers with good salary but TP does it.

Dislikes

What I didn't like about it was their 5.5 working days policy. As employees who are willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts. Having 2 week offs a week should be bare minimum aside from that they also require you to work for 9.5 hours a day instead of 9 hours. Aside from this, the part where female employees are not allowed to enter the premises after 8:30 pm is not at all okay. They are also not allowed to leave the premises after 8:30 pm till 6am. Which is extremely discriminatory.

Less Salary according to work load Work Load No Job Security No Work Balance Overtime and didn't pay out Not Providing and Help and facilities No Support in any Form HR / Manger Not Providing job while our process Ramp Down , just for showoff they gave us fake sampathy and not providing any job , if they are proving job , they will not provide you cab facilitate , work from office 50km of travel , and they will pay you same salary which you are getting in your work form home . Also 6 days working with rotating shift ,but all they thing is also fake they will not re- hire again , it's just for ,that they are you providing job ,but you are not interested, that they wants to show other. Bad orginazation.
