Everything is good, behavior, support and most important thing is....on time salary.

No appraisal is too baad they just giving 2000 rs hike to those employees who achieved Exceed expectations and for meet expectations only 1000 rs... so basically there is no future.

I would like to work at teleperformance at server or network engineer on pay role not a third party role

Since when we have been working here like teleperformance company as third party but till now we didn't get any grow

Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Managements is not giving chance to new employees.

Teleperformance is a very diverse organisation. With great opportunities for growth and good salary, especially if you are a fresher. Not all organisations provide so many opportunities for freshers with good salary but TP does it.

Dislikes

What I didn't like about it was their 5.5 working days policy. As employees who are willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts. Having 2 week offs a week should be bare minimum aside from that they also require you to work for 9.5 hours a day instead of 9 hours. Aside from this, the part where female employees are not allowed to enter the premises after 8:30 pm is not at all okay. They are also not allowed to leave the premises after 8:30 pm till 6am. Which is extremely discriminatory.

Worst life balance, promotion is like giving penny to beggars, only promotion without salary hike, no job security they will fire you without even a notice and they won't pay you 3 months or 6 months salary,
