Everything is good, behavior, support and most important thing is....on time salary.

Dislikes

No appraisal is too baad they just giving 2000 rs hike to those employees who achieved Exceed expectations and for meet expectations only 1000 rs... so basically there is no future.

1)Less scope for learning not much opportunities in terms of exploration in new tools 2)Subjective point but Management especially directors of my project are ill managed.

Nothing special about working in Teleperfomance. It's a normal company like others with high end Job security risk.

Dislikes

I am on bench atm. When asked why? They gave me a reason that Client isn't ready to pay and we have extra man power in the process. Though it was a tough decision to make so we marked down several people from the list of performers. Where as I had not even taken one extra leave, No Supl, No Behaviour issues, No escalation, no tickets. They didn't gave us another chance or warning without putting us on bench or in notice period. Where as they said either you work with us in another process or you can leave the organisation. What if i don't want to work in another process and this is because i have chose this with a reason and my will before joining this organisation. I along with other are so confused and disappointed with this action taken by the management of a so we'll known Company Teleperfomance India Pvt Ltd.

Work culture and team is good. Salary structure is good, with minimal cuts and an excellent basic.

Dislikes

1. No shift allowances at all 2. HR told that there would be shifts, but after joining got informed that there will only be only night shifts, that too without any allowances. 3. Made to work from office even when the covid situation is so bad in Maharashtra until colleagues started testing positive, even after having all the systems to work from home.

Dislikes

They pay very less compared to other organisations and the organisation didn't pay for the transportation while this is not happening with the other. If we ask we got the answer if you are not traveling to the office as we are working from home why should the organisation pay but when I joined I signed for getting all the allowance if I don't travel then the company should pay for that.
