...g in teleperformance it has always a great feeling and during covid 19 the most beautiful things that company paid salary to all its employees.

New computers didn't provide us quickly and we are using old pc and its version, like window 7 etc. and the big things is In the morning its taking 1/2 hours to starting.

Did not get any support from my team . Poor management.. once you raise your consern, they will try to kick you out of the company.very bad management

There is a positive working environment within my team and kind of projects we get are very different from each other providing learning and development opportunities.

The salary growth and appraisal are very poor. There is hardly any salary growth here.

Toxic work culture Worst managers and hr No WLB Employees are humiliated and criticised(especially female employees) 3 months notice period with salary on hold for 3 months and fnf post 45 days

No work life balance in recruitment team. They give 3%hike on salary each year. No promotion, No learning. They ask to work on Sundays without comp off. On paper it's 5 days working, but the recruitment team is working for 6 days, sometimes on Sundays as well.
