TP is not giving the salary satisfaction according the work. And the company did not pay attention on their tenure employees problems, such as salary. They are hiring the new batches at more than 32K per month and the tenure employee are getting only 22K as usual which I feel very bad.

Nothing cause it was to apply for leaves, incentives plan not clarified, never saw this much fluctuation in salary, work pressure, hired by lying told us we need to take just chat then said we need to upsell and when we hit the floor it was all about sale and no customer satisfaction

They did not give any promotion just give pressure to met targets in small amount of salary they need perfect work like a manager

You get the salary on time but due to various reasons they will always deduct your salary.
