They didn't pay me my last month salary. I was not available for work for past few days,but had informed regarding the same. Other's who left that so called "CONTRACTUAL job" before the finish of that contract were paid and I wasn't. instead the words of offer letter were twisted to show me that I am not supposed to be paid. Instead. ..Great is ,head of Teleperformance Indore branch

Don't go guys who are willing to join. TP makes you why we are living.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career
