No job security. They will test you like a slave. Work pressure. Seniors are terrible will not help you at all. Break time is only for 1 hour 15+15+30 mins if late even 1 min they will mark half day.

Nothing to like in this company management system every thing is bad

TP didn't pay my referral bonus till date. The person who I referred is still working there and the referral bonus amount was 7 thousand. I worked there for 6 months and they said even if you leave the job the referral bonus will be paid. But it's a year now nothing paid to me they have not even updated my pf portal exit date due to which I am not able to claim my pf amount

...ost fake reviews about the company and withhold people's salaries for no reason. Even my salary is withheld for past 42 days

No one is trust worthy here in this organisation. Everyone is there to serve clients and they don't even care a bit about their agents

Long working hours 10 -11 hours daily, 10k salary for 6 months experience, useless long late-night meetings, team leader and trainers pushing you to work more and don't mark attendance.

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.
